1 General Terms

cvv6 is an online betting and live casino platform operated for users in Bangladesh. These Terms form a legal agreement between cvv6 ("Platform", "we", "us") and the registered user ("you", "member").

2 Account Registration

3 Age Restriction

The cvv6 platform is for users aged 21 and above only. Registration and use of any service on this platform by minors (under 21) is strictly prohibited.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

5 Bonus Terms

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 120% bonus of up to ৳5,000 on their first deposit. A minimum deposit of ৳300 is required to receive this bonus.

• Wagering requirement: 15 times the bonus amount.
• The bonus may be claimed once only.
• Each member is eligible for one welcome bonus only.
• If a withdrawal is made before the wagering requirements are met, the bonus funds will be cancelled.

5.2 VIP Cashback

The cvv6 VIP program has five tiers, and weekly cashback is provided at each tier:

• Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver — up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Gold — up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Platinum — up to 0.6% weekly cashback

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• cvv6 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• If bonus abuse or fraud is detected, the account will be cancelled.
• One bonus may be claimed per person or per account within the same household.
• Claiming bonuses using a VPN is prohibited.

6 Betting Rules

All betting and gaming activity on cvv6 is governed by the following general rules. Additional rules may apply for specific games or sports.

• All bets are final. Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled unless a technical error is proven.
• cvv6 reserves the right to cancel bets in the event of a technical fault or unusual circumstances.
• If match fixing or manipulation is suspected, the relevant bets may be cancelled.
• Winnings obtained due to a software or system error will not be considered valid.
• If group betting or coordinated manipulation is detected, all associated accounts will be closed.

6.1 Cricket Betting

Betting is available on BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments, and other international matches. Separate markets and odds apply for each series and tournament. If a match is cancelled or incomplete, the bet cancellation policy will apply automatically.

6.2 Live Casino

Live casino games are operated by third-party game providers (such as Evolution Gaming, Ezugi). The individual rules of those games apply.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the cvv6 platform. Violating these prohibitions will result in permanent account closure and the relevant funds may be forfeited:

• Operating multiple accounts under the same individual.
• Creating an account in someone else's name or using false information.
• Conducting activities intended to circumvent bonus terms (bonus abuse).
• Using any software, bots, or automated methods to place bets or play games.
• Being involved in fixing or fraud related to the outcome of a match or game.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activities.
• Attempting to breach the platform's security systems.
• Harassing, deceiving, or causing harm to other members.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

cvv6 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:

• If any clause of these terms and conditions is violated.
• Failure to provide the documents required for identity verification.
• If evidence of fraud or suspicious activity is found.
• As a precautionary measure during an ongoing investigation.
• At the user's own request (voluntary closure or responsible gaming break).

9 Limitation of Liability

The cvv6 platform is committed to providing a safe and reliable service. However, our liability is limited in the following areas:

• If service is disrupted due to natural disasters, government directives, or other unavoidable circumstances.
